Douglas boasts over 40 years of executive management experience in strategy and business development.

Previously, he served as CEO of Bytes Healthcare Solutions and held board roles at EnviroServe, IRCA, Altron, ABSA, and Anglo American, as well as chairing Rotec Industries.
Tiaan has over 10 years of experience in digital transformation and technical operations.
He holds both a BA and BSc in Information Technology.
He specialises in research, software development, and data analysis, and is an active member of the CIO – South Africa forum.
Tiaan has developed unique software platforms and authored several research reports, demonstrating his commitment to advancing technology.
Ivan is the founder of DataNoble and co-founder of Meridian Business Solutions.
Ivan worked as a Service Director of Bytes Document Solutions, where he specialised in ensuring International Standards Organisation (ISO) compliance along the paradigm of customer experience and quality management systems.
Ivan has vast experience in sentiment-based research, corporate governance, project design and management.
Eddie is the founder of Mash Consultancy, and co-founder of Meridian Business Solutions.
Eddie specialies in employee development and leadership training.
He holds an MBA from Oxford Brookes University and has over 40 years of HR management experience in multinationals like Murray & Roberts and Behr Engine Cooling.
Eddie excels at aligning HR strategies with business objectives in dynamic environments.
